Leaving aside your propensity to be attracted to masked men , you're working like a crazy woman! Those high reps will do great things for your conditioning as well as your strength. 85x5 to 85x17 in such a short space of time is win sauce x 100

Super session. Especially the rows. For some reason, I see very few people focus seriously on barbell rows. You are putting up serious numbers on the rows. Perfect. Just perfect.
