Are you a police officer or fireman? The 2014 games are in York, Penn and 2016 will be in Thunder Bay!

Ex-military now Corrections, I know the CanAm games allowed Corrections but I have to check on the World games. Thunder Bay is pretty close to me only a 10 hour drive or so.

Corrections for sure! One of the guys that competed from Canada was corrections. There was a probation officer and an EMT, too.

100kg for 10 is fine work and bloody tiring. Steve'e right, 315 is actually darn close. I hear you on the deadlifts, my back is currently asking me what the hell I did yesterday

My Pathetic Bench Day. *sigh*

90 Fatigue = 9

Tricep Extensions
25 2X15

One arm DB Row
40 2X15 each side

Cardio
25 Min elliptical, 20 HIIT, which was really, really hard today, had some major soreness in my lower back.

Nothing pathetic about 90 lbs on bench, that is lbs not kilos right?, anyway what I mean is, many women have trouble just with the barbell alone and 90 lbs is also a hefty percentage of a female's bodyweight too; but I know you want more as well and it will happen.

remember Jen we all start somewhere. you just got started and the thing you should be most proud of is you did start. you chose not to be lazy and watch 50"s of flat screen every moment you have off. its not pathetic and neither are you!
