Great rowing Jen, again no worries about the OHPing. OHP is the absolute slowest moving of any of the lifts out there!

Thanks Mab! Last night was supposed to be my last "heavy lift" before the meet next week. Buuuuuuut...... I worked 7am to 10pm... so the lift didn't get done. I'm working again today 7am to 6pm, and am hoping to get it in tonight. We'll see -- Im already draggin!

Did you manage to get your last session in Jen?


Stopping a few days prior to a PB attempt or meet is always wise; strength goes through the roof for a few days afterwards which hopefully coincides with the meet

Started a 5/3/1 4 day split.

70 To fatigue, tonight 9

CGBP

100 2X4, failed on both sets, wanted 5 reps

BB ROW

105 1X5
115 2X5

Cardio: 25 min elliptical, 20 min HIIT (which kicked my ass)
