Great job Jen everything is looking awesome. Just like everyone else said try making 5 pound jumps on bench, a good rule of thumb I like is 5 pounds for upper and 10 pounds for lower body. Those deadlifts are coming along very nice, 315 by years end.

cardio today -- hiking about 2 hours. Nothing strenuous, just a nice, comfortable hike

June 20th, 2012

**Didn't do any of the big 3 today -- did all 3 Mon as a pre-meet test kind of thing. I will do them all again on Friday. Today was just a accessory sort of day.

Good Mornings
45 1X20
95 5X10
** last time I did these my working set was 155 which felt great at the time, then my lower back ached for days. So, as the more experienced lifters around here told me to -- I backed the weight way down

OHP
65 1X5
75 1X5
85 2X4, 1X3

Barbell Rows
75 2X10
95 2X5
115 3X5

Goblet Squats
25 2X10
50 5X5
