Ya, it's getting there. It feels like when 135 was my working set and I wasnt initally happy with depth. I stayed at the same weight for 4-5 lifts then it just got better. I keep thinking about unhinging in the hole like you were pointing out at the Lockup. Also doing paused reps with 95/135.

Good job with 185 Jen! No fails either, OHP is the slowest so you are still making good progress!

200 squats for reps not far off. I recall 100 bench being a problem for you not so long. Doesn't seem to be the case anymore and this shows clear progress! As MAB said, the overhead press is a pain, you'll hit 100x5 soon enough and believe me, that's excellent work.

I hope so!! The bench is my nemesis, that's for sure. Very, very slow progress. But, progress is progress so I'm trying to stay positive and quit whining about it! Thank you so much, Kuyt!

I forgot about the paused reps. How are they feeling overall?

Good! They feel really good, and I'm convinced they are really helpful.

June 13th, 2012

Deadlift
155 1X5
185 1X5
205 1X5
(put straps on)
230 1X5 -- Rep PR!

OHP
65 2X8
75 1X5
85 4, 4, 2..... fails.

Good Mornings
95 2X10
135 2X5
155 3X5
I've never done these before (outside about 5 reps with BTB last month). I loved them! 155 felt really easy.

Goblet Squats
25 2X10
50 3X5
I've never done these before either. 50 felt easy as well. A nice challenge, but can def go heavier.
