I'm really looking forward to tomorrow, JB -- I want to try 225 in the worst way, but not sure if I should be patient and go with 220 first...... grrr. Im thinking 225 even if its only 1 or 2 reps.

Squat PR!

That bench will come Jen. I might suggest some microplates when you have some cash. That way you can jump smaller weight increments.

Really great squats Jen! Don't worry to much about bench it is always the slowest to move up, just keep hammering away and you will be stronger.

Smaller than the 2.5's I already have? I hit 95 5X5 last week then get my arse kicked by 100 -- grr!

The CNS is never happy when you're hitting PRs in big lifts! Great work and I wouldn't worry too much about the bench. I went 14 months without adding a pound or rep (crummy training to be fair) then I added 20 pounds in a few weeks. It will come, just be patient because your training program is rock solid.
