Your doing great on this program.
Thank you!

Is your wife having joint pain? If so, does she use fish oil? It seems to help quite a bit with joint pain -- for me anyway. I am really enjoying this program, too. I have nothing to compare it to either, so theres that, Ha! I've been working on depth as well. Putting the catch bars in the "legal" spot, for a point of refrence, has helped me immensly. I hope she feels better soon!

You're moving a little to the left when hitting squat depth. This could be related to the foot angle. A very minor thing. Overall form looks very good. Depth is very deep. Elbow aren't flaring up like we talked about, which is also good.

Deadlift...think you should bring your feet in a hair. Because of your foot stance your arms are angled out and not close to straight up and down which isn't the best position to start the deadlift. Arms out at an angle generally forces the torso down lower when starting the pull. You lose some leverage and strength this way. Everything else looks solid.

Crease of hip only needs to go below top of knee. You are well below that so very deep. I wouldn't try to go deeper than that.

Btb picked up on one of the 2 things I noticed. The angle on the feet are slightly different. The knees are coming in out of the "hole", attempt to force your knees out hard when you make the transition upwards. I also think you need to move your feet in just a hair on the deads. Really the form is pretty dang solid. Depth is good, and the knee thing will get better with time. Tell the hubby good job, he is teaching you well!

Good job Jen! The only thing I would add is too control your breathing. It sounds like you are holding your breath during the lift. I don't know the correct terms but for instance in the squat, breath in as your go down and exhale as you press up. Good going!

Oh and congrats on the PR!
