i hate BB rows...def my least fave exercise!
are you feeling more comfortable with front squat? judging by the numbers, it seems that way.

I hate them too, not gonna lie, lol. I really like the front squat, it's weird. I just want to make sure my form is ok before I add more weight. Although, 135 is feeling heavy with those!

Cardio, blargh, haha! Just trying to cut weight. The scale goes up every friggin time I step on it. Gotta get a grip on it.

95 10X5 with 3 sec pauses, working on explosion
*The awesome news here is that halfway through the 95 lb set, "leg drive" finally clicked. I think I finally found my bench groove.

What made it click for me was thinking about standing overhead presses -- when you use your legs (and I know you're not supposed to), you throw it up easier. I was thinking about that, then I pushed my legs down during the bench and threw the bar up easier...... I know it sounds stupid -- like DUH JEN -- but it was like the clouds parted and the birds sand, haha!
