yeah, they're very different; really doesn't feel like a back squat at all. it took me a while to find the groove. didn't feel comfortable using heavy weights for a long time.

Awesome stuff, Jen. Haven't done dem front squats in a while, but they are a different beast entirely. I remember the inside head of my quads near the knee being TORE UP from some front squats.

Yep, lol! Felt all kinds of ab muscles I didn't know existed, haha! And yes, 115 was about it...... gonna be awhile before I get anything near heavy.
