Haha glad you all are enjoying the food. I will probably post a lot of meat head recipes ...might squeeze in contest prep safe meals too who knows. As far as recovery goes I am changing a few things.

1) I am dropping my belt for reps and will only using it the last few weeks heading into a meet when I drop to 3s and so on. Every time I add a belt on reps I have a tendency to grind reps. (exactly why all of my ribs hurt right now)

2) I am going to really hammer my squat form. I am getting a lot of valgus knee stress when I come out of the hole on my squat. I played around with my stance yesterday...pointing my toes out more fixed it. However, I am going to need to increase my hip adductor/abductor strength too.

3) I am going to follow a program for a while and actually start light for once.

This will pay off in the long run.
