Country Fried Steak

8oz lean cubed steak
Rolled in Wheat flour
Sea Salt + Pepper
Cook on stove in Canola oil ...3-5 minutes per side


1.5 cups Brown Rice
1 cup of green beans

This was an atrocity of a session video is not even worth putting up. It is interesting every time I go to one top set programs I break my cardinal rule of leaving reps in the tank. Today I lived for the session instead of training for progression. Showed a complete lack of maturity and got what I deserved getting stapled on the last rep.

I think I may go to a little more volume so I do not get carried away with weight. More just punching the clock instead of going ape shit on the weights.

Yeah I just need to realize lifting for the day is not the answer unless it is a meet. I just need get accumulate a lot of good sessions. Might skip this meet and wait for the USAPL Georgia State Championship. We will see.
