There's been some shifting of priorities, and as a result I will be reducing the number of times I train weekly. I've been doing 2 on, 1 off; I'm going to start doing every other day. As a result of THAT change, I've changed my programming to the following:

Snatch
Clean and Jerk
Front Squat/Back Squat (Alternating)
Weighted Dips
Weighted Chins
Abs (If time permits)

Progression will be linear for awhile.

Thanks guys. I have so many things going on right now it's unreal, so I'm going to try to keep training by making it more manageable, reducing my frequency and hitting everything each time.

I've decided to step away from Oly-lifting for the time being. It is becoming too nerve-racking without proper equipment, and with the new reduction in training frequency, I had to decide why I was training so that I would know how I should train.

The "why" is to maintain physical fitness, to exercise. So, I feel like the best use of training time would be to put on a little size with a full-body routine every other day. http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/tra...tml#post246538
