That does make sense. It's like the old saying if you treat the light weights like heavy weights, the heavy weights become lighter.

Snatch form was absolutely awesome tonight. My lockout at the catch was superb; my lockout is what determines whether I miss or not, without a doubt. Front squats are getting heavy as hell. I kept Inc Bench at 115 this time, but I might go up next time. I'm still getting used to the extra volume right now.

Thanks Steve. I don't really know why I haven't bothered mentioning it, but my motivation has never been better than it is now. I have never FELT stronger, more flexible, faster, healthier. I haven't said that during the past few weeks I've become a "pescatarian", which is a vegetarian that eats fish. My weight is still level between 205 and 207, even with the change in diet. My agility, strength, and cardio healthiness have never felt better. It's cliche, but I feel very athletic.

Also, I want to reiterate that I use no supplements or multi-vitamins, and train nearly every day with no adverse affects. I don't think everyone can do this, but I've learned a lot about training and adaptation (and the supplement industry) by doing so.

I do want to add that I can't just pop out of bed and do a back-hand-spring (flip); I have learned how utterly necessary a proper warm-up is for my performance now. This, however, I credit more to my age and level of training advancement rather than to Oly weightlifting alone. I'm sure many of you already were too aware of the need to get the juices flowing before you could get into gear. Oly lifting just brought that need to surface for me.
