Notes
The C&J work was exhausting. Just ridiculously exhausting. I plan to add weight to chins but I don't think I was ready this time. Rows were too heavy for 8 reps without resting the bar on the ground, so rather than go down I'm going to stay at 135 for a few sessions. I was running short on time so I dropped the sit-ups; I'm going to try to prevent this next time. It may have just been because of how long the triples took.

Thanks, Mark. Body english is slang for loose form or a lack of strictness, kind of muscling the weight up.

It was holding up well, actually. It's funny, but as I fatigued I was forced to move the weight very naturally using what felt like more proper throwing and catching technique, as opposed to earlier sets where it was easy to kind of man-handle the weight. I learned that if I were using that technique the whole time, I wouldn't have been so fatigued! It's circular logic, but it taught me what I should have been doing, which is the whole point of the triple days.

Hope you can make sense of that.
