Thanks, Steve. Aside from the competition lifts, PRs these days are mostly only technically PRs because I haven't done the lifts before, or haven't done that many reps, but I find it helps psychologically to acknowledge them.

First day since changes and all went well. I felt toward the end of the session during Incline Bench that 135 was too heavy, so I backed it down so I have some room to work back up. Snatch form was solid tonight.
