LOL. Thanks, Pull. I'm in Afghanistan right now, and I don't have a camera... Even if I broke down and bought a camera, I think it would take forever to upload a video. I really want to post videos, and definitely intend to once I'm home.

No complaints. This was a great session. I switched days for bench and rows because yesterday I did chins and realized how much of the same muscles are worked in those two exercises.

That sounds a killer workout from a conditioning point of view. Multiple sets of C and J are murderous.

Yeah, it was. My conditioning is really coming around, though. I noticed during that session. My rest periods are still a bit long for my taste, but I think I'll just have to get used to that rather than decrease them. (as the weight gets heavier)

Thanks, Mike! Yes, I'm in the Army. I'll be ending my service at just about 8 years this fall to go to school full time, and compete in weightlifting, of course! I can't wait for either...
