The weather was awful last night. The desert is a giant mud puddle when it rains; when it rains, it rains a TON...

Anyway, the weather coupled with the irritation of my back kept me home and resting. I am anxious to get in there tonight. I will probably go to the gym even if it's nasty out.

Notes
This was an amazing session, comparable to the first one after transitioning to oly-style. Technique work was excellent. I really feel like I have the Snatch nailed down. This session eliminated some of the lingering concerns I had with a few specific portions of the lift. My back pain has nearly vanished. My elbows are a little sore from lockouts, but I think that'll go away soon. I've got no complaints right now, everything is clicking.
