Technique training/Warm-up
A circuit of jump-rope, 3 Dips, 3 Chins, 10 Decline Situps x 3

Snatch
95 x 1
95 x 1
95 x 1*
100 x 1*
100 x 1*
105 x 1*
105 x 1*
105 x 1*

Clean and Jerk (Split)
145 x 1*
145 x 1*
145 x 0

*Great form

I'm ultra embarrassed... today I was training in front of a mirror, which I don't normally do, because it was the best open space in which to lift. Well, during a Clean I lost my balance and went over backwards. Nothing hurt but my ego. I couldn't go on and thought I would do more harm than good by staying, so I called it a day.

That's one of the reasons I can't squat or deadlift looking at a mirror. I feel unbalanced.

Glad to see the snatches are coming around. Each step is a big one.

Oh, I know that feeling! I missed a clean once and it was going to bend my wrist back, so I dropped it. Yep, metal plates and bar onto thin carpet over concrete. The clang heard round the world. I cleaned up and slunk out of there pronto.

Stuff happens.

Nice improvement on the lifts! You're on your way buddy.

Heh, my P. Snatch is so light right now, it is my warmup for cleans!

Good work on the snatches tank. Fallibg over on the clean is a part of the game some days. And avoid the mirrors! I think it only takes attention away from the things that natters.

Keep up the good work!
