Some Updates

Sitting at 268pounds this morning. Weight loss slowed down but I'm not working hard at my diet right now, plus I am gaining on some lifts so hard to argue with that. I recently added interval training min 1x a week to my regular training and I'm loving it. I feel like such a beast when I go all out and my lungs are gasping for air. My conditioning has probably improved 100%+ from where it was. Looking to give HERC and ONP a run for their money in the Fall when school is back up. Lift strong, and prosper.

435 was close. Drive those hips forward at lockout as much as possible. 500 coming up.

What type of interval work are you doing right now?

- Behind neck pulldowns

Day 2 - 20 rep squats
- delcine BP
- Incline BP
- Pushups
- Fly
- banded sit ups

Day 3 - 20 rep squats
- seated press
- push press
- lateral raise
- banded bent over lateral
- shrug

I'll give it a try and report back. I'm going to be a very sore MOFO
