Great depth on those squats.

Saw you said speed bench was boring you? Are you alternating grips every set? When I was doing speed work, that was what kicked my but!

BtB I know you right, the only reason I make those lifts is the fact I am a stubborn bastard who wont lose!

J Byrd- its not speed benching that bores me, it was the heavy 3-6 reppers I was tired of, I been doing it for a long time and needed to change it up a tad for a while. I am doing the 3 grips too, starting close and working out to max grip.

ME Squat Day

I squatted to pin 29 today vs 3 chains, the pins set me right at parallel an inch or 2 under my sticking point. I worked up to 145kg on the bar and hit backoff sets of 5s.I had an unexpected visitor pop in so ist all I got done. Was gonna go back out for a double session that night but I fell asleep! LOL

DE Bench/Squat Day

I finished this odd little wave of speed work with the minis today with a massive 40kg bar weight. I was really moving that bar tho which at the moment I think is helping me. I then did some DB floor pressing and possibly military press, I forget TBH! I finished off with SSB squats with an orange band and 2 chains, in which I broke a record there too I think.

I love the feeling of fighting chains on the way up. Only did it a few times but it was fun.

ME Bench/Squat Day

Took 2 days off and spent easter at the lake, was madness and heasps of fun, back to it now tho.Had a pretty solid day today, I floor pressed up to a new record and then repped out CG. I moved to incline DBs next and then Anderson squats with the SSB bar and 2 chains. I broke a couple records there and hit a few reps too. I did 2 sets of split squats after, these blew me up.Good day.
