Split Squats

3x12-15 very slow and controlled, trying to strengthen some weak areas. These torched me all my squat muscles hurt.

Bench Day

Fucking bench press, I am starting to hate it again. It just baffles me. Anyways I did about a million sets, 225 felt heavy which is fucked. Just gonna go stupid with training volume for a week or so, test to see just how shit my bench is right now. My weight is down from stress at work so that aint helping. Didnít get time to squat, will make up the volume tonight.

I am so far behind logging, been training hard though, lots of squat PRs. Starting a new bench cycle too.


ME Squat Day

Tonight I tested my cambered squat. I hit 179kg, pretty much 4 wheels, smoked it too, very happy. I then backed off for rep work and proceeded to hit abs and then some rowing to finish. STRONG night, very happy with that.

ME Squat Day

Tonight was paused squats with a mini and 4 chains, worked up to about 320islbs for a PR then went to work with some reps. I then pulled beltless sumos and defecit sumos. Finished with some banded GMs. Strong night.
