ME Squat Day

Tonight was benching, SSB squats and some chins, I was smoked, work is nuts and I am not getting to bed until 11pm. Getting up early is kicking my ass!!

ME Squat Day 8/5/13

Bench Press

Getting close to 4 wheels with the SSB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got some form issues need addressing with that bar tho. I am getting rounded over a bit too much, Its something to do with my grip on the handles, upper back is not tight at all.

ME Squat Day

Tonight was paused squats with a mini and 4 chains, worked up to a solid PR of 146kg, I then hit backoffs totaling around 40 heavy reps. I finished with sumo deadlifts,here I accumulated about 35 heavyish reps. Pulling too heavy does not agree with me so I am experimenting with more volume and frequency for the pulls.Feels pretty good so far.
