The 5s on banded pulls blasted me, will be doing more RE work banded for pulling, it was good. Lots of chins and ab wheel done today also.

Bench/Squat Day

Today was a decent bench session, stuck with moderate weights and got a good workload in, I then did bodybuilding for the arms to finish, I rounded out the night with SSB squats and a red band, I broke a record there and then did my backoffs working to a heavy double. Solid night, was very hungry after!

Strong, but the max single really threw me forward, not a pretty rep.

ME Squat Day

Strong night tonight I hit paused squats with an orange band for a max single, a PR of 145kg there and I paused it for a good 3 count. I then hit backoffs with about 60% bar weight and worked up to around 70ish%. I then pulled sumos vs 3 chains for 1-5 reps and finished with leg curls.I am slowly upping my wokload for deadlifts and its paying off, my pulls feel very smooth. Working from a defecit with the bands has helped too.
