I dont track enough for sure. Starting today as a matter of fact, I will guess around 350-400g per day now. But thats a guess and I know its not the best practice to guess these things. I do have the bonus of pretty much eating the same thing most days tho so it shouldnt be hard to get an average.

BtB I would never go around thinking your nosey! LOL I must admit diet is one thing I do not think about much at all. If I want to eat it I just eat it, and as long as I get a fair amount of protein at each meal I dont think of much else. I use fish oil but dont supplement any other fats.I eneded up super busy yesterday and di not get to track the last half of my food intake cos I was out.I will try again today.

Add olive oil to all of your shakes. That'll help.

ME Bench/Squat Day

A long night in the gym tonight, I first started with CG bench and a little chains, it went pretty well. I worked up to 115kg with the chains, not bad. I then hit shoulder presses, dumbell presses and then SSB squats with 3 chains, I hit a new recored there too and did a bunch of backoffs which was tough cos I was tired! Good day, was all swole up after the upper work.

ME Bench/Squat Day

CG Paused Bench + 2 Chains

1x1 100kg
1x1 107.5kg
1x1 112.5kg
1x1 115kg
1x1 110kg

Press

2x8,7
2x11

Dumbell Bench

1x10 20kg
1x10 25kg
2x12 30kg

SSB Squat + 3 Chains

1x1 120kg
1x1 130kg
1x1 141kg (PR)
3x3 110kg 30 secs rest
3x3 112.5kg 30 secs rest
3x2 117.5kg 30 secs rest

I used to do that LtL, that shite makes me gag!!! but I'll give it a go again. I'd like to train at or above 95kg for a bit, see how it affects my bench.
