Solid night tonight, squats were very strong and explosive, I used the cambered bar with a mini and 4 chains. I also paused these nice n deep in the hole for a 3 count. Agree 100%,
I Consume some form of red meat 2-4 times a day when I'm hitting it hard then cut back on less demanding weeks or deloads fish, chkn off weeks.
Workouts are looking strong.
Keep pushing out those PR's.

ME Squat Day

Straight weight tonight, plan was to hit a RE set of 5+ but when I hit 3 wheels and that bar was flying I knew I had to go to a max.I hit a shaky 400lbs which is a PR to that low box. Plenty of strength there for the lift I just got antsy with the weight. Backoffs were ok, my hips were tight so that didnít help. Glad to be over 400lbs again.

Bench/Squat Day

Tired n hungry! Still trained though. I benched 7s tonight, nothing too hard still early stages. I then did SSB crazy bell squats, these were great, smashed the legs in nicely. I did quite a few sets and called it a night. Tried to eat as much as I could before bed !!
