ME Squat Day

Today I tested my SSB squat, I worked up to a PR of 170kg, I was very pleased with this. I also did a bunch of max singles after in drop set fashion, each single more horribly tough then the previous! I tried a rep set after with 120kg, hoping for 10-15. I got to 5 and every fibre in my back was shot to pieces! I pulled RE RDLs after and did single leg glute bridges to finish. My weight is way down back to around 86kg, Fark that has fallen off me with no real effort. This is the first time I have tried to drop fat on such high frequency tho.

ME Squat Day

Sorry guys, soooo far behind, its been a couple days and I cannot remember where I am up to. So heres last nights lifting. Close stance paused squats with the GCB and 4 chains. Good workout, hit a top single with 145kg, I could have gone higher but since my belt is now looser I find myself rounding over a bit much for my liking, Iíll fix the belt but also will work hard on abs and mid back too. Need more plank type work back in for a bit as I havnt done it in ages. I finished by pulling banded sumos for volume and then abs and single leg thrusts. Great night of lifting.
