ME Squat Day PM workout

I went back in tonight and squatted with the big cambered bar and 2 chains. This bar is awesome, I hit a max of 3 plates, no idea of the total weight cos I am sure the bar is at least 30kg. Anyways I dropped down for 5s after and then hit single leg work and swings. Solid night.

ME Squat Day PM 2/1/13

Cambered Squat + 2 Chains

1x3 95kg
1x2 110kg
1x1 125kg
1x1 135kg
1x1 140kg?????? 3 plates anyway
3x5 95kg
1x5 102.5kg
1x5 107.5kg
1x5 112.5kg


Split Squat

4x10-8 to 45kg

Swings

3x20 to 40kg

I got it for cheap, $260.00 AU had to drive about 1 hour to pick it up, getting it stuffed inside my little car was............... interesting!

Its great for shoulder probs and feels much more like a normal squat than the SSB, its much harder than a straight bar and forces good technique, if I could go back I would buy this bar before a SSB.

These blew me up, would be great assistence for sumo and conv pullers.
