Squat Day

Squatted triples tonight, actually felt pretty good. Hips were a little more co operative which is a good sign. I did a tonne of warmups tho so they should have been better. I finished the workout with 2 sets of GMs and 5 sets of abs. Good workout.

Bench Day

Tonight I benched for sets of 4, all went pretty well, bench is feeling good. I also did a bunch of chins after and followed with curls. Arm work seems to help the soreness in the biceps so Iíll stick with it. I finished with a tonne of rotator cuff work and upperback. Pretty solid night, I had to fight the urge to squat again, I tell you its harder not to squat everyday then it is to squat daily!! Haha.

Bench Day 11/12/12

Bench press

1x5 80kg
1x4 90kg
1x4 97.5kg
1x3 105kg
2x4 105kg

Chins

4x7-12 Up to 5kg

Barbell Curls

4x10-12 20-30kg

Rotators and Upperback Supersets

Squat Day

Squatted cardio style tonight, sets of 9. Thatís right 9s are cardio for a fat prick like me! It was so humid tonight I was drenched in sweat. Squats were flying though which was good. I finished the 4th set and got one of those showstopper headaches. It was really bad tonight, I actually felt sick. I had planned to deadlift but that was squashed. I need to make up for that, possibly after benching tonight.

I could only do frequency with low volume. You got me beat.

Bench/Squat Day

Solid night of liftin tonight, I had to bring squats forward a day as I cannot tonight. I benched first up for some triples up to 112.5kg I then squatted for 5 sets of 7 with 135kg. This was tough but a great workout. I missed my rotator cuff and upperback work but thatís easily made up for. Solid night.

Bench/Squat Day 13/12/12

Bench Press

1x3 92.5kg
1x3 100kg
3x3 105kg
1x3 112.5kg

Squat

5x7 135kg
