No idea mate to be honest.

ME Squat Day

Ugghh shit night tonight, did not feel great, I squatted close stance (Fark I hate close stance anything, I even bench with a wide stance) I paused em for a couple and worked up to a max of 153.5kg for a PR. I then dropped for volume but these were weak sauce. I still got some volume in but it was tough and felt slow. I then tried to pull from pin 42 I got to 210kg and got one of those head splitter headaches, called it a night there.

Bench/Squat Day

Today I attempted a heavy triple on bench, still keeping the volume low on bench with more assistance work for other muscles. I missed the 3rd rep of 115kg, it was probably there but I nearly goofed the 2nd rep, so the 3rd looked and felt hideous!! I then hit military presses for high reps and repped out some dumbbell press also. I finished by squatting the SSB Anderson style with 2 chains, these went ok, one thing I do know is I gotta get more sleep, I have been feeling very tired lately and sleep has been awful.

Bench/Squat Day 25/10/12

Bench Press

1x3 107.5kg
1x2 115kg (pressed the 3rd but my ass came up)

Press

3x12-15 to 30 kg

That was Friday, I took 2 days off to head up to the lake for a bit of R&R , really had a blast. Swimming, fishing, the lot it was great. Looking thru my log its been a long time since I took a day off, I think the longest streak in there was the month of Sept, I lifted everyday that month missing squat workouts on about 3 of those days. Needless to say a break felt good!!

Bench/Squat Day

Got a quick one in today, usually I am rough coming off a day or two off but I felt pretty good. I did 5 sets of speed benches with chains then hit SSB squats + 4 chains, I hit about a 20lb PR there!!! Whoa Nice, I then backed off for 8 triples for speed. Plan was to come back in later that night and squat and pull but I got flat out busy and couldn’t do it.

ME Squat Day

A real good night tonight, I squatted with the orange band up to a new PR of 157.5kg, I then dropped for speed work to about 50% and kept adding contrast. This was brutal I ended up with all my chains and a mini added, speed held up pretty well. I then took off the belt and did bottom position squats with just the orange band. I did triples to a max single, whoa these blew me up. I then hit some heavy flags and curls, pretty strong night.
