My feet are sort of inbetween both, on my toes I lose stability, to far out and I lose control on the descent. Think I have it sorted but qwe will see! thx BtB

ME Squat Day AM

Been training my ass off lately, I am a bit behind so please forgive me! I have done a couple 2 a day workouts. I squatted yesterday with 4 chains on the bar to a max of 175kg. This was a nice lift, I then did a lot of speed work for backoffs. I then moved to SSB concentric GMs off pin 28, these were done sumo stance and blew me up, very good movement. I worked to a beltless triple and then hit abs. Very strong day.

ME Squat Day 7/10/12

Squat + 4 Chains

1x3 95kg
1x2 110kg
1x2 125kg
1x1 142.5kg
1x1 152.5kg
1x1 165kg
1x1 175kg (PR)
5x2 95kg 20 secs
5x2 102.5kg 20 secs
5x2 107.5kg 20 secs

SSB Concentric GMs

5x8 To a 3rm of 110kg

Rev Crunches

1x10 BW
1x10 + 10kg
1x10 + 15kg
1x5 + 16kg

ME Squat Day 7/10/12 PM

Went back into the gym at night and worked those GMs again, this time I used 4 chains on the SSB going to a max single. I then backed off for 5x5. I finished by pulling deadlifts from pin 43 to a top set of 6 although I was tired these didnít go as well as hoped but I got work in and heavy weight was repped so I guess I wont complain. Finished by swinging the 50kg dumbbell for a couple sets. Funny the 2nd workout of the day is always great, I get loose very quickly and feel strong.

Bench/Squat Day

Strong day today, I benched 95kg for 5 sets of 7 this is a shade under my previous best 7rm, not bad. I then did anderson squats with the SSB and destroyed a PR there too, I then did about 15 sets at around 85-90%+ of that max. I finished by repping GMs to failure with no belt. Strong Night.

ME Squat Day

Pretty tired today, I close stance squatted with a red band and 2 chains, hit a PR of 125kg with that combo and then took off the belt and did some reps. I then did a bit of hammy work, one of those days where I felt shit before lifting but much better after.
