ME Squat Day

Close stance squats paused with 4 chains and a Mini tonight. Had a very good workout, felt very strong despite lack of sleep. I worked up to a record of 135kg and then dropped to 80+% for some rep work. I then moved to wide box squats off the high box, these went well too. I finished up with a bunce of band work for the hips glutes and hams. Solid Night.

Squatted vs a red band tonight, real strong day. I hit a PR on that then moved to Pulls with chains.I hit a PR there and repped 5s to finish. Solid day, lifts felt great, my squat is up again fo sho.

ME Squat Day

Was feelin a bit tired before todays lifting, was unsure how much work I would be doing, once I got into it tho things were fine. I squatted close stance paused to a max of 152.5kg, for a PR I then went to work with some reps working to a pretty tough double. I then dropped back down and worked up wide stance off the high box to a max of 180kg. Pretty happy to hit 4 plates after 6 million sets before!! I then did some chinning rep work and a bunch of banded hip stuff too. Very strong day.
