ME Squat day

So coming off 2 days rest for squats and my legs were feeling great, I tested my straight weight squat today and topped out at 185.5kg, a PR. Nice, thatís def over 405lbs now I then tried some heavy triples but was definitely gassed from the PR so I dropped down to speed work. I hit 10 sets of 5 and repped my last 2 sets for 10. I then hit DB rows and face pulls ss leg curls. Good ass day, next time I take 2 days off from squats tho remind me not to do 60-70 reps of squats the first workout back, yikes I actually have DOMs!!

ME Squat Day 14/7/12

8x5 110kg 30 secs rest DDDAAAAAMMMMMMMNNN!!!
