ME Squat Day

Good sesh today, tried squatting with the SSB and the heavy band, yeah that was fun! I then tested my sumo out and pulled 220kg (480ish?). I finished and went back to more squatting. Solid day, nearly lost the pull due to grip fail tho, I guess I never been strong enough to have a grip issue before.
