If you can move your feet a little farther back. I like to bring myself up to the bar, but with my butt never moving off the bench. It seems to get my shoulders pulled together better. your also benching toward the top of your belly, which to me is good. Try to blow that up 2 it as much as you can. Sort of like a built in 1 board lol. You look pretty explosive off the chest, its working for you.
