Bench/Squat Day

So I have strted a run at a 5x5 for a bit of a change, main goal of this day will be volume, the other bench day will be heavier and progress to singles. Today was 90kg for an easy 5x5, I then did cg bench with no leg drive and then dumbells for reps.DB work was WAAYY down, but I am sure it will jump back up. I finished with upper back work and SSB squats with a red band.

Bench/Squat Day 30/5/12

Paused Bench

5x5 90kg

CG bench NL

1x3 70kg
1x2 95kg (Misload)
1x7 80kg
1x9 80kg

DB press

1x10 22.5kg
4x13,10,9,8 30kg (wanted sets of 18+ here LOL)
1x21 20kg
1x15 25kg

Upperback stuff

2 sets to failure

SSB Squat + Red Band

1x2 110kg
1x1 120kg
1x1 128.5kg (PR)
6x3 75kg 15 secs rest

Thx BtB its not mine but from a pretty good guy over here in Aus, I have a template that goes well over 600lbs all laid out. pretty nice.

Heres a few lifts from last week
