Usually no DOMs in any muscle groups, its one of the best things about the high frequency stuff. CS paused squats will sometimes leave the hams/thighs a bit sore but they are adapting nicely too.Other than the traps from rack pulls, I hardly ever get sore tho.

DE Bench/ME Squat Day

Solid day today I benched for speed with the minis again. I then did lots of pressing, had to cluster triples today as no way I was repping out, oh well I got a good workload in for sure. I then did lots of extensions and finished with SSB squats with 3 chains, broke a record and di a few speed sets. Solid day.

I just noticed on your first two squats that your right foot is angled forward more than your left. Not sure If I had seen this before or mentioned it.

Is this by design?

ME Squat Day

Today I squatted with 4 chains and a mini, I worked up to 148.5kg of bar weight I think. I then dropped down for some heavier rep work. I cannot recall now what I did for assistance after? It might have been CS squats for higher reps, no idea, all I know is the CS work is helping my leg strength and bar speed a lot!

ME Squat Day 25/5/12

Squat + 4 Chains and Mini

1x2 110kg
1x1 125kg
1x1 140kg
1x1 148.5kg (PR)
5x3 Up to 130kg?

CS Paused Squats

?
