Great form on those Squats. Congrats on 400, that is awesome. I love to see guys hit milestones, love to see them celebrate; it never fails to make me feel proud and happy, too.

ME Squat Day

Today was close stance squats with an orange band and 2 chains, man anything close stance is weak for me so these are really helping me at the moment. I worked up to a max (as always!) and then dropped down for sets. I cannot recall how many now but my legs were smoked by the end. I finished off with abs. Pretty good day.

ME Squat Day 20/5/12

CS Paused Squat + Orange Band & 2 Chains

1x2 100kg
1x1 110kg
1x1 120kg
1x1 125kg
Lots of backoff sets for reps I forget how many but somewhere around 20-30 reps?

Abs

Reverse Crunch

ME Bench/ME Squat Day

Shitty night tonight, I just could not wake up, kept yawning through my sets!! I worked off a 2 board today, I have not used a board for about a hundred years. Top set was 122.5kg I missed 126kg, all of my sets felt like shit today could not get it going. After boards I repped out for 2 sets and then did DBs and triceps. I finishe with SSB squats and a red band with 2 chains. These are very hard, I like them a lot.

ME Squat Day

I had a good night in the gym tonight. I squatted with the red band first up to a new max. I then dropped down to a lighter weight for speed work. I got some good volume in tonight and my sets got faster and smoother as I went along. i then rack pulled from below the knees for reps. I love these. Finished with bent rows. Good night.
