Not much going on in NC as well. I go down to SC for most meets, which works out fine. Congrats on the PR's. You feel like you get good carry over from your close grip?

I am way to busy/lazy/preoccupied to travel for meets. I love the training tho thats where my real passion lies.

Thanks for the propers fellas.As far as the CG goes I am not sure but it is my weakest grip so getting stronger at it wont hurt surely!

ME Squat Day

I squatted with the big blue band tonight, very tough and I am getting tired training this late.I hit a top set of 131kg, this was heavy! I then dropped down for a few heavy doubles. I finished with close stance paused squats and some abs. Solid day.

ME Bench/ME Squat Day

Today I benched with an orange band on the bar to a max single. I then hit up DB presses for reps, followed by EZ extensions for quite a few sets. I finished off by squatting with the SSB and 2 chains to pin 28, up to a new record.Pretty good night, felt crap all day but had loads of energy in the gym.

Crazy how things work out like that. I can be sitting here working, and feeling like crap. But once I touch the iron things often change quickly.

Ton of DB bench work. Solid and underrated exercise.
