ME Squat Day

Star8 W8 today, I worked up to a very lethargic 165kg and called it there. I then began the backoffs, I started with 125kg and moved through triples with short rests.I got quite a bit of volume in. I then hit paused GMs and got a big ole headache after 2 sets. Called it after that.

ME Squat Day

I squatted with an orange band and 2 chains today, up to a new PR of 145kg. I then clustered backoff triples and doubles working up to 2 heavy sets of 2 again. I then hit abs and hip thrusts for some assistence, the thrusts are blowin up my glutes and hamms. Solid day.

DE Bench/ME Squat Day

I benched str8 w8 today for 5s. 5s are cardio LOL but speed was pretty solid for all sets. When I workewd out to comp grip I added about 20kg or so. I am finding CG waaay harder still but my arms seem to be getting stronger so that'll do!. I then incline pressed DBs and finished with band pushdowns. Last up puased SSB anderson squats with 2 chains. I freaking nailed these tonight. Great workout could of trained another 2 hours.

ME Squat Day

Damn strong day today, I squatted with the blue band today, real big ass biiaatch! Worked up to a strong PR of 130kg, I then hit a lot of speed sets with short rests (20 secs short enough for ya!) I finished by doing super deep close stanced pause sets and got a bad headache again. Plan was to pull but had to ditch that.

ME Squat Day

I did close stanced pause squats today for my max work. Hit a top set of 145kg and called it there.I then hit 2 backoff sets and moved to defecit pulls with chains. Finished with a few sets of chins.
