ME Bench/ME Squat Day

I tested the waters with bench today, used comp grip and straight weight. It went well I still missed 126.5kg again tho but 120kg was easier than ever so I should be back up around 122-125 again. I have also tidied a few things up that would get me reds at meets. I did dbs after for reps then lots of triceps extensions, still takin it a little light with high volume on these cos most direct tri work irritates my bows. I finished by squatting with the SSB and an orange band. Good day.


ME Bench/ME Squat Day 27/4/12

I cannot recall, I know I PRd! But cant remeber records etc, will fill in later!
