Argh, keep in mind you don't bench over 700 without some kind of frustration. Nothin but a speed bump.

Thanks all. I'll let it rest this week and do a limited warmup next week before my opener check. I'm sure the shirt will protect the pec if I can warmup enough to get it on.

really low volume, but just wanting to get some blood flow to the pec. It's slightly discolored but not bad.

Beat up JB. Tons of little nagging injuries and pain from PTN from shingles, but I'm still hittin' it. Meet on April 6th, if my pec is OK. Another small injury to it last week.

Thanks BTB. I am getting some of my weight back that I lost. That's a good sign and I feel stronger, just got alot of nagging little things going on. After Saturdays opener check, I'll only do one short real light training session next week. Rest of the time just eat and rest.
