5K, A key press is an inclined db press preformed the same as an "Arnold". Palms up and the bottom and down at the top. It works the entire head of the tricept.

JB, the back is much better but still not right. I've been minimizing my arch on bench and icing a lot which seems to help.

Good to see you feeling better even if it is slow. Work on your built in 2 board some more so the arch wont matter haha.

Not sure LtL. I didn't fight to touch very hard and have been minimizing my arch trying to let my low back heal. It doesn't feel to bad now(about 4 hours post lifting). I'm sure I could touch high 7's. I just wanted to get under some weight today. I'll push it a little harder next week.
