JB it still hurts with the Ram, just takes more weight to aggravate it. Just want to keep it light and ez for now. I'll hit a heavy ME session Friday night, then the next weekend will be my opener check for my meet April 14th.

The "rotators" is a seperate exercise. The 225 x 8 x 2 is flat bench, 225 8reps for 2 sets. I just post #'s for the flat bench since I list it as a bench training session. Maybe a little confusing...sorry,my fault.

Thanks guys...it's enough to make my old legs rubbery.

Skipped my back workout this week, 'cause I just got a deep tissue upper back massage. That shit hurts, but it really helps. Now on to loading the bar Friday night for ME bench. Can't wait!
