hammer time x 3

reverse shrugs x 3

Getting tired of this rehab light crap. I'll be happy when I can go back to regular speed bench days and listen to the iron rattle.

Wed: Leg shit day at ADM

I did the same set/rep scheme as last leg shit day when I used O4E, except I didn't use it today. Definately more fatiqued/winded after the heavy sets and the lactic acid burn on the calf raises(sets of 40) was rediculas today. Just proving to myself the value of O4E.

Cut my right hand yesterday....so no ME bench tonight. I'll let it heal through the weekend and hit a light bench Monday, if I can grip the bar.
