Thanks guys, it's been good being back in a real gym and getting things done. There is a lot of iron that gets thrown around on daily basis in the gym and it gets used up really well.

TUESDAY: MAX EFFORT LOWER BODY

SAFETY BAR LOW BOX SQUAT: worked up to a max of 365 for 3.
*i HATE the safety bar. but like people say..you have do to what you hate.

Barbell Split Squats: 3x8-10
Banded Glute Ham Raise: 4 x AMAP
Weighted Crunches: 3x10

THURSDAY: DYNAMIC BENCH

Dynamic bench:8x3x155 on bar plus 80 lbs of chains.
Incline DB Press: 3x8-10 w.95/105/115
DB Row
Standing Military
Reverse Incline Flye

FRIDAY: DYNAMIC SQUAT/PULLS
Dynamic Squat: 8x2 w. 185 on the bar + 80lbs of chains
Speed Pulls: 6x1 225 on bar + 60lbs of chains
Walking Lunges
Reverse Hypers
Farmer Walks

*as you can see we are having some fun with chains.

Also here is a picture to show where I'm at body composition wise. glad to say i didn't fully let myself go.

so tomorrow is big day..really going to see where i'm at for my bench with the full pause and press. that's the plan i have right now, but there has been times depending how i feel where i just want to go in and just lift frickin heavy and go crazy..stay tuned

This morning I had in season training for baseball at 6:30AM and then off-season training for group 1 of football at 7:30AM:

TIME: 9:00AM
MAX EFFORT BENCH

REVERSE BAND BENCH: 275x3/315x3/365x3/395x1/405x1/435x1 got it!
Lat Pulldown: 3 x 10-12
A. Decline Chain Push-up: 3 x Failure (around 15-25)
A. Band Pull Aparts 3 x20
DB Lateral Raises: 3x15 ea. arm

On to the next one! Next group was at 10:00AM! Crushing it...
