AIPA Powerlifting Meet - June 2nd

I know. It's been a LONG time. Trust me I know. Lets just ask like Ive been here all this time. Let me pick up where I am now and get moving on...
COMPETITION DATE: JUNE 2nd
WEIGHT CLASS: 75kg
COMP STYLE: PUSH/PULL
My training partner and I will be following a westside template during this preparation. We've been training this style for awhile and will continue.
• Floor Press (chin-ups or lat pulldowns between sets)– Max 3’s
• DB Bench Press – 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps
• Chest Supported Rows - 4 sets of 8-12 reps
• Face Pulls – 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps
• Curls – 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps (because I like curls)
