High Bar Squats (raw) - 20kg x 12, 12, 60kg x 3

100kg x 2

What is wrong with me. Not only is this meant to be my light week but it's meant to be my day off in my light week! Light weights but they felt heavy, I just felt like lifting today.
I do that all the time. Cleaning up the gym and oh what the hell!

Plan is to hit up the gym tomorrow for a quick full body, and do the same on Thursday. Friday/Saturday will be away on a family event and I'll be back to the heavy stuff on Sunday where THE PLAN may take a significant change...

Does that Asian dude have 140 (308) on the bar he's snatching? What's he weigh, 65 (145) or so even after a meal? Silly.

Good thing it's my light week, I've had so much work on the past week I've been shattered. I'm out of town for the next couple days, so hopefully I should be feeling a bit more normal when I'm back for Sundays heavy workout.

Decent work Fazc... looks like this light session fit into the "light" week much better than the last session lol.

To Mike... Snatch pull at 160. But more impressive is his 174 world record snatch.
