405(1)....felt very heavy, so i backed down to avoid injuring myself. Not the best idea to do squats the day after heavy deadlifts, yep...lesson learnt.

275(11)....had strength and stamina for 15-20, but caught a massive headache after 11th rep. think i held my breath to long and blood pressure spiked up.

Pretty disappointed with this session...
