only a little, but that is when the issue flares up. generally happens when my arm is flexed as in cleans, tire flips, or in this case carrying and moving a plywood platform.

i might just avoid pullups for a week or so till i feel better

had to cut workout short to get ready for work. just need to start 15 minutes earlier next time

skipped rows because of elbow pain. will take a week off from pullups
