btb, i see where the confusion is..when i said i was gonna follow kiefer's plan, it's a diet. He's the guy that created carb backloading.

3/28
Squats
225 x 2x2, 6x3

Bench
225 x 2x2, 6x3

Squats
185 x 3x8

Bench
185 x 3x8

This diet I am on is similar to the anabolic diet. I started on Sunday and have been carb free for 3.5 days, and today's workout showed it. was a struggle, but i got through it.

You're doing Carb Backloading or Carb Nite? Carb Backloading has you eating carbs every day towards the end of day and around training times. Carb Nite is for chicks.

Ahh, I thought it was some obscure Hepburn variation. I thought you knew one I didn't.

I personally wouldn't. I'd add weight whenever possible on pumps sets.

bench
225 x 1x2, 7x3

195 x 3x6

resetted my pump sets a week early...seems like the pump sets last 6 workouts while the main last 9. i could've worked up to 9 reps, but figured more weight is better.

Excellent squat and bench work. I love the the brutal simplicity of this program.
